Agreement to Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Anakatech Interactive Limited ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the registered operator of the website accessible at aubet-77.com ("the Website"), and any individual or entity accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services offered through the Website ("the User," "you," or "your"). Use of Website

Access to and use of the Website is granted solely for lawful purposes and in strict accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. Intellectual Property

The aggregate liability of the Company to any individual User for all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by such User into their account on the Website during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anakatech Interactive Limited and its affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to the User's use of the Website, violation of any provision of this Agreement, infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party, or any fraudulent or unlawful conduct engaged in by the User in connection with the Website.

Applicable Law

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or relating to the User's access to and use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles or provisions. The Company operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and all activities conducted through the Website are subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations, directives, and licensing conditions as amended from time to time. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. Users accessing the Website from jurisdictions outside the Philippines are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Website complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether participation in online gaming activities is lawful in their respective jurisdiction of residence. If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
